Option 2: Malware Removal & System Cleanup.
  • This option is a good option for those who don't want to lose any of their settings, or programs.
  • A complete malware removal will guarantee that all forms malicious software are removed.
  • The removal of malware does not guarantee that all of the damages done to the system by the malware will be fixed. This means that Windows operating system and programs may be still corrupted causing the computer to not run as well as it could be.
  • This process takes 3-6 business days. Time is dependent on the slowness of the computer, the severity of the problem, and the amount of user profiles on the computer.
